Eddy County Fairgrounds Master Planning
K/O Fairground Planners is currently conducting a Master Plan and Livestock Building design for the Eddy County Fairgrounds located in New Mexico. The Eddy County Fairgrounds sits on approximately 45-acres of which only about 25 they control. This makes for a challenging operation when you only have a say on the use of half of your site.
As a multi phased plan acquisition of the adjoining land has become a priority as well as the development of a new 80,000 square foot livestock barn and auction arena. The other major element of the master plan is a proposed new Exhibition Building to serve the purpose of hosting any number of events from tradeshows, craft fairs, flea markets, banquets, and concerts.
