North Idaho State Fair Master Plan

K/O Fairground Planners conducted a Fairground Master Plan for the North Idaho State Fair. The North Idaho State Fair annually takes place at the 83-acre Kootenai County Fairgrounds. Phase 1 is planned to include a new 50,000 square foot new Expo Building, a 23,000 square foot multi-purpose Livestock Building, associated roads, utilities, and infrastructure to facilitate long-term fairground design growth. Planning included analysis of the market in which the Fair operates and the existing Fairgrounds site and buildings, as well as a recommended master plan concept.
